I have exported both my front cover and D.P.S as JPEGs so that the have been saved in an appropriate formate for the client



Review of Suitability

 Front Cover

1)The layout of the magazine is a strength as everything is visible and easy to read as when people get a snapshot of the magazine the will be able to see everything as it is all visible and nothing blends in with the background it all stands out especially the name of the Artist "Q2T" which is highly visible and easy to read. along with the font i used which connotes grime as it is cracked and looks rough and worn which when people read they will see that and associate it with grime.

2) A weakness of the magazine is the image quality of the background image this is because it was taken on an older camera with bad quality so to improve on that i would take the image again but instead this time i will use a better quality camera to get the best possible image quality so it stands out more on the front and looks smoother making all the components fit together better.

Double Page Spread

 The images on the double page spread is a strength as the models are dressed in a way that connotes grime this is done as they are wearing tracksuits and hoodies with their faces covered all of this all conveys the genre of grime this is good as when people read the double page spread they will see that the magazine connotes grime just by the images alone this is good as the brief stated to make a music magazine and the images connotes grime.

The main image blended in and was not clear to see meaning when people looked at the magazine double page spread the image was not easy to see and it is important that the image is clear as you need to see what they are wearing clearly as tat connotes grime, so to get past that i added an outline to the image to make is clearer to see.

The front cover and double page spread are suitable to the target audience as when they read a magazine of the genre Grime they expect to see the main artist wearing clothes to cover their faces as that is something that is connoted with grime. As through hiding the identity they were able to further add to that persona of a grime artist. The models are wearing black and grey tracksuits with jumpers, these are connoted with grime making it suitable for the magazine.
